Portland OR – A progress report on Portland’s Climate Action Plan shows carbon emissions have gone down 26 percent since 1990. The city’s Bureau of Planning and Sustainability and the Multnomah County Office of Sustainability recently released a two-year progress report on efforts to reduce carbon emissions.
